You are invited to join us in an intentional, warm water container where contact improv meets zero gravity & human connection is met with deep fluid presence. Epic soundtracks in a womb temperature pool. With John Delaplaine & Stell Bahrami Explore your Authentic Aquatic Expression Via Presence, Attunement & Listening. Dive deep into connection, presence & somatic communication as we connect with the true essence of the Self, the Other, & the We. The Water & the Self serve as your teachers as we work with suggestions & boundaries to bring you into a place of consent, deepened trust, playfulness, surrender, & deep relaxation. Come partnered or on your own & no experience needed. SCHEDULE: 6:30 Arrive, check-in, drop-in, & connect * 7:00 - 8:30pm Fundamentals Workshop 8:30-9:30pm Jam opening circle followed by Aquatic dance jam 9:30 - 10:00 Leisurely time for more socializing, sauna time, & completion Important * Notes: * This is a closed container event so gates close at 6:50pm LOCATION: Oakland. Location details sent the morning of the event.
